The equipment supplied from the Seller is properly maintained, used, and operated in accordance with the Operation Manual and Technical Documents & other Instructions. The rubber parts of the line shall be guaranteed for six (6) months; and other parts for twelve (12) months from the date of completion of installation and commissioning acceptation of the commodity at the Buyer's place.
